Anil Kapoor has taken over hosting duties from Salman Khan, bringing a fresh dynamic to the show. Among the standout contestants, Armaan Malik and Kritika have been at the forefront. Recently, Armaan confronted Vishal Singh over remarks made about Kritika, leading to a physical altercation. However, Armaan Malik’s time on the show has been marred by serious allegations. Discussions among contestants hint at accusations of drug use and sexual assault against Armaan, who has defended himself, attributing the issues to misunderstandings and distress following Payal’s departure from the show. The situation has escalated with reports of an FIR being filed, implicating Armaan in the alleged drugging and rape of a minor.
The controversy surrounding Armaan’s behavior has not gone unnoticed. Poulomi Das, an evicted contestant, expressed her dissatisfaction with the lack of action taken by the show’s makers regarding incidents of physical violence. Reflecting on her own experience, Das stated, “I genuinely believe that physical violence is not the answer. Even I myself got involved with physical violence (inside the house by a contestant). They (the makers) didn’t take any step or (gave any) punishment (to the person involved). I got pushed and I am still going to physiotherapy. It will take around 15 days for me to recover.”
Das further criticized Armaan for slapping Vishal, advocating for a verbal resolution instead. She said, “I think Armaan should not have slapped Vishal. There should have been verbal conversation to solve the matter. They both are adults. Physical violence should not be an answer.”
When questioned about Armaan’s unconventional relationship with his two wives, Das commented, “It is a kind of relationship neither me nor you will be able to understand. That’s because we don’t see such kinds of relationships often. Until and unless you stay with them, you will not be able to understand. It is a special and a very different kind of relationship. I don’t know about bad images, but it is something which only those three can understand.”
As Bigg Boss OTT 3 progresses, the unfolding drama and complex interpersonal dynamics continue to keep viewers hooked, making it one of the most talked-about seasons yet.
