In Star Plus’ “Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin,” the current storyline featuring Shakti Arora as Ishaan and Bhavika Sharma as Savi has been a major hit with viewers, maintaining impressive TRP ratings over the past four years. The show recently made headlines with its much-anticipated leap, introducing Karanvir Bohra as Inspector Bhavar Patil and marking the return of Manasi Salvi as Isha after a brief hiatus.
The ongoing wedding track of Ishaan and Savi has kept fans engaged, but now the show is gearing up for a dramatic 10-year leap. Despite the leap, Bhavika Sharma will continue in her role as Savi, now paired opposite Hitesh Bharadwaj, who joins the cast as the new male lead. However, fans will bid farewell to Shakti Arora’s character Ishaan and the entire Bhosale family as they meet their end in the storyline.

KARANVIR BOHRA ON HIS BOND WITH BHAVIKA SHARMA, SHAKTI ARORA
The talented actor shared his feelings about bonding with his co-stars, expressing, “I’m really going to miss working on the set. I’ll miss working with Bhavika Sharma, Shakti Arora, and Raosaheb (Nimal Bali). Our camaraderie was really great. You know, these guys are a lot of fun. Even Harini tai (Ankita Khare), she was like my Marathi teacher. Whenever I spoke in Marathi, everyone used to laugh.”
He continued, expressing regret that his character was only meant for a month, saying, “I’m sad about it because if it had continued longer, it could have become iconic like Viraj’s character in ‘Baazigar,’ which Shah Rukh Khan made iconic. It was heading in that direction.”
